Material Intelligence - My process blends fresco secco, cold wax, and layered oils—creating paintings with physical presence and permanence. Finished edges and sculptural surfaces are part of the experience; some of my favorite moments live on the margins - the edges of the piece.

Every canvas has been professionally photographed and wrapped in archival, soft, high-quality canvas to protect it from dust and other environmental elements. Ready to ship and ready to hang.
Bonus for the detail-obsessed: Cold wax medium is naturally UV-resistant and requires no additional varnishing—a few of my Cait.Jewell paintings have been varnished with Gamblin UV Matte for added protection, as needed.
